Description:
Making changes can be difficult, especially when the vision is vast and the resources are limited. This case study will reveal ways the status quo was improved and the landscape of testing for a product group was altered in a big way without productivity shattering disruptions. Learn how to make big changes brick by brick and change yourself, your team and possibly your organization for the better by challenging the status quo and being an agent for change.
